A Trager session with Winnie is the best gift I can give my
body. An ease replaces my stresses and strains; my feet are
planted again on my ground. They grow roots and flower and say
thankyou. All the parts are pushed and pulled and shaken into
the right places. Trager is all good.

- Looking for a lighter experience?………and lighter
still……..?
Trager
is an innovative approach to movement education, created and developed
over the past 65 years to provide a safe, gentle, playful atmosphere
to integrate body/mind/spirit into a lighter, freer, more flexible state
of being.
- Using gentle, non-intrusive natural movements, the Trager approach
helps release deep-seated physical and mental patterns and facilitates
deep relaxation, increased mobility and mental clarity. These patterns
may have developed in response to accidents, illnesses or any kind of
physical or emotional trauma including the stress of everyday life.
- The quality of effortless movement is maintained and reinforced by
simple, active, self induced movements applied to your daily activities.
- For many people, these gentle movements become a part of daily life
so you can take care of yourself, quiet your nervous system, relieve
stress and tension.
- Because the effects of the Trager approach are cumulative, you appreciate
and benefit most from a series of sessions or repetitions.
- One of the most potent aspects of the Trager approach is the ability
to anchor and recall the feeling of deep relaxation and how it feels
to move freely and easily.
BEYOND RELAXATION
Enjoy learning effortless movements that not only release stress, but
leave you feeling light-hearted — from the inside out.
Easy-to-learn exercises can be used in a variety of environments and
are beneficial for anyone. If you are stressed, restricted in movement,
anxious, this will help. (This approach is based on the work of Milton
Trager M.D.)
